Entry Requirements for University of Venda Postgraduate Courses:
In order to be eligible for admission to study postgraduate courses, applicants need to meet minimum entry requirements for admission into UNIVEN. See the general admission entry requirements below.
If you are applying for Bachelor Honour Studies, you require Bachelor’s degree and at least 60% aggregate and higher in relative programme.
If you are applying for Masters of Science Studies, you require Honours degree in relevant field
and at least 60% aggregate.
If you are applying for Doctorate (PhD) Studies, you require MSc in relevant field or Senate
approved equivalent.

How to Apply to Study UNIVEN Postgraduate Courses:
Check the application opening date and the deadline: UNIVEN Application is often opens on mid-year. Also, the closing date for postgraduate study application at UNIVEN is 30 October.
Payment of Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of R130 is required when submitting the online application.
Online Application: Prospective students can apply online through the UNIVEN website. The online application portal is opened from mid-year to October. Applicants are required to complete the application form and upload all the required documents online. To start your UNIVEN Postgraduate courses application, applicants can click here to access the portal.
Submission of Required Documents: During the online application, applicants must submit various documents such as academic transcripts, identification documents, letters of recommendation, and proof of English language proficiency (for international students). Postgraduate applicants are allowed to upload their documents to the application portal.
